This exhibition showcases works made by Joyce Rushton’s students at Riverheights Terrace. Drawing from her extensive art background, Joyce Rushton has been teaching classes at the Riverheights Terrace for the past eight years. Her students, most of them in their 80s and 90s, paint with great enthusiasm, and some have been taking classes with Joyce for as long as she has been teaching. Each year, they develop their skills by learning techniques of watercolour painting, pastel drawing, and experimenting with different styles of art-making.
