The AGSM has over 25 part time professional instructors who are involved in running introductory and intermediate studio classes for children and adults. Workshops, Slide nights, “Hands On” activities for visiting schools and summer programs have involved over 2,400 people during the year. While the art school program is community based, it also provides workshops and classes for advanced non professionals from throughout the region. Participants develop proficiency in photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, print making and ceramics. Several craft clubs also utilize the studios for their independent program activities.
